Subscription Terms

StudySwipe Flashcards Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store. These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use and the purchase information shown by Apple before you confirm payment.
Plans and benefits
Available plans may include monthly and yearly billing. The exact product name, billing period, local price, tax treatment, and included Pro features are displayed in the app before purchase. Pro currently includes unlimited energy, expanded deck access, and AI deck creation subject to reasonable service and abuse limits.
Billing and automatic renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel, Apple automatically renews the subscription for the same billing period and charges the then-displayed price within 24 hours before the current period ends. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Cancel or manage
Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose StudySwipe, and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
After cancellation, Pro remains available until the paid period ends. You can also open the Settings tab in the app, expand Account, and select the Pro plan control to reach Apple's management screen.
Restore purchases and refunds
Use Restore Purchases in the app when using the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple controls billing and refund decisions. You may request a refund through Apple's purchase support, subject to local law and Apple's policies.
Price or benefit changes
Apple will provide any notice or consent required for price increases. We may update Pro benefits prospectively, but we will not remove paid access in a way prohibited by law. If an online feature is permanently discontinued, available remedies depend on Apple policy and applicable consumer law.
